Hi, I have tried the Scarlett 2i2 on both Windows 10 and 8.1 and neither are working. I installed the drivers (Focusrite USB 2 Driver-2.5.1 exe) and the device showed lights. The lights above the black knobs (halo LED) both flash red and the USB light keeps flashing green. On my headphones I am hearing a constant USB connect/disconnect sound.
